Pickleball court rental in Metro Manila: how to book a court

How to rent and book a pickleball court in Metro Manila on Club Hub today, plus how request to book, the 5% fee and refunds work.

Two empty covered pickleball courts with mint lines and nets set up, with two paddles and two balls on a courtside bench

Pickleball court rental through Club Hub works in one of three ways, and the badge on each venue page tells you which. On 5 October 2026 all 244 pickleball listings on Club Hub had the same badge, "Info only". For now you find the court on Club Hub and book it with the venue. This guide covers that route first. It then explains how Request and Instant bookings, payment, cancellations and refunds work at venues that take bookings, as Club Hub's Terms of Service set them out (version 2026-10-02, planned to take effect on 12 November 2026). Every figure here was read from Club Hub on 5 October 2026, and the numbers move as listings are added or corrected.

The three booking badges

  • Instant. You pay, and the slot is yours as soon as the payment goes through. Only the venue can switch this on, after it claims its listing.
  • Request · venue confirms. You pay first, and Club Hub asks the venue to confirm. A listing can become a Request listing without the venue claiming it. Club Hub needs a rate for one of its courts and a current phone number or email address where the venue can receive requests.
  • Info only. The venue is listed with its address and a map, but you can't book it through Club Hub yet.

Booking an Info-only court today

On 5 October no pickleball listing had a rate, opening hours or a review, and no venue had claimed its listing. Here is how you book one of them:

1. Search pickleball courts and narrow the list by city, by landmark or with "Near me". With only the sport set, search shows 50 of the 244 listings. Pick a date and the Info-only venues are grouped under "Contact the venue to book". Club Hub has no view of their free times. 2. Open the venue page and use the main button under "Plan your game". What the button does depends on the contact details Club Hub holds. A phone number comes first, then a website, then a Facebook page. A venue with none of these gets a directions button. 3. Agree the court, time, price and cancellation terms with the venue to reserve the court, and pay the venue the way it asks.

The search filters for price, indoor or outdoor, surface and amenities rely on details no pickleball listing has yet, so leave them off for now.

Of the 244 listings, 47 had a phone number, 6 had a website but no phone, and 10 had only a Facebook page. The other 181 had no contact details, so their pages offer directions only. A venue page shows a phone number, website and Facebook page where Club Hub has them, and never an email address. Four listings show each kind of button:

  • Tierra Pickleball Club in Quezon City has a phone number, so its button says "Call 0917-526-3700".
  • KALARÔ in New Manila, Quezon City, has only a website, so the button says "Visit website".
  • Vantage Pickleball in Marikina has only a Facebook page, so the button says "Open Facebook page".
  • Racket Yard in San Antonio, Makati, has no contact details on Club Hub yet, so its page says "Get directions".

To browse by area, each city page lists every pickleball venue in that city: Quezon City, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Pasig, Makati and Mandaluyong among them. Landmark pages list the venues around BGC, Makati CBD, Ortigas Center, Kapitolyo, Greenhills, Cubao, Eastwood, UP Diliman, Mall of Asia and Alabang. The pickleball courts guide walks through both.

Playing without your own group

If you are on your own, or short of players, join a session instead of renting a whole court. Club Hub lists pickleball open play sessions and pickleball clubs across Metro Manila. Each listing links to its source and shows the date of Club Hub's last check. You join through the organiser, and Club Hub doesn't take payment for these listings. Some venue pages, KALARÔ's among them, also list the clubs and open play held there.

How a Club Hub booking works

At a venue that takes bookings, you pick a date on its page, then one free slot or several back to back on the same court. You then tap "Book this time", or "Request this time" at a Request venue. Before you pick, the page shows each court with the sport it is set up for, the hourly rates (marked "Peak" and "Off-peak" where they differ), the opening hours, the cancellation policy, and reviews from players who booked and played there.

At checkout:

  • You can book with an account or as a guest. A guest gives a name, email address and mobile number, and gets a private booking link by email and SMS. Anyone with that link can see and cancel the booking, so keep it to yourself.
  • You see the all-in total before you pay. It is the court price plus a Club Hub service fee of 5% of the court price after any discount. A venue can absorb the fee, and then you pay the court price only.
  • You pay the whole total with GCash or Maya, processed by Xendit. There is no separate deposit. Cards and QR Ph aren't accepted yet.
  • Club Hub holds the slot for a few minutes while you pay. If the payment fails, the hold ends and you aren't charged. If the price changes in the meantime, you see the new total and pay again.

How request to book works

At a Request venue you pay first, and Club Hub asks the venue to confirm. The booking page applies these rules:

  • The slot has to start at least 3 hours after you send the request.
  • The venue has 2 hours to confirm, counted only between 7 AM and 10 PM, or until 90 minutes before the start if that comes sooner. Your request shows the deadline.
  • You can have two requests waiting at once.
  • If the venue declines, or doesn't confirm by the deadline, Club Hub refunds you in full, service fee included. You don't need to ask.
  • The service fee is always added on top of a request, and requests use the Standard cancellation policy below.

Cancelling, moving and splitting a booking

An Instant venue picks one of three cancellation policies, and a Request venue always uses Standard. The booking page shows the policy before you pay, and it sets how much of the court price comes back when you cancel:

  • Standard. 100% if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, 50% if you cancel at least 6 hours before, and nothing after that.
  • Flexible. 100% if you cancel at least 2 hours before the start, and nothing after that.
  • No refunds. Nothing comes back once you book.

The service fee isn't refunded when you cancel. If the venue cancels or can't honour your booking, you get everything back, service fee included. Refunds go to the GCash or Maya account you paid with, and a partial refund may go out the day after you paid. Anything you paid with Club Hub credit or points comes back as credit or points.

At an Instant venue you can move a booking to another free slot at the same venue, as long as it costs the same or less. If it costs less, you get the difference back. You can't move a booking whose cost you have split.

If you paid for the court, you can split the cost between 2 and 12 players, you included. Each player gets a link and pays a share with GCash or Maya. Each share that gets paid is refunded to you, and shares still unpaid when the game starts stay with you. Only a booking paid in full with GCash or Maya can be split.

If you turn up and the venue doesn't honour your booking, report it from your booking within 24 hours after the slot ends, with a photo or your location. Club Hub holds the venue's payout while it reviews the report, and refunds you in full if it upholds it. If you don't show up, the venue is paid in full and you get back only what the policy allows.

These rules are from the Terms of Service, version 2026-10-02, which has a planned effective date of 12 November 2026. Read them in full before you book.

Do you run a pickleball court?

Find your venue on Club Hub and tap "Claim this listing" below the map. Club Hub sends a 6-digit code to a phone number or email address it already has on file for the venue, and to nothing else. If none of those reaches you, upload a business permit instead. A person on the Club Hub team reviews it, normally in two working days or less. A listing with a court rate and a phone number or email address that can receive requests takes booking requests, and you don't need a payout account for that. To take instant bookings, the claimed venue also sets up the account Club Hub pays it through and turns on instant booking.

Search pickleball courts on Club Hub, then contact the venue from its page.
