    Verify with a claim code or your business permit.

    • The claim code goes by SMS, or by email to a contact already listed for the venue, so only the real business can claim it.
    • A permit is checked by a person, usually within two working days.

    Add your details, rates and hours. Online bookings come when payments open.

Before you claim

What does Club Hub cost?

The back office is free, with no monthly fee. When online bookings open they carry a 5% Club Hub fee, set out in the Venue Partner Agreement.

How do you check the venue is mine?

You verify with a claim code or your business permit. The claim code goes by SMS, or by email to a contact already listed for the venue, so only the real business can claim it. A permit is checked by a person, usually within two working days.

When can players book online?

Online bookings come when payments open. Until then you can add your details, rates and hours.

What changes on my public page?

Claimed venues get a “Find us on Club Hub” badge and a score for how complete the page is. You can review updates that players suggest, and players can leave venue reviews.

How does my staff sign in?

Venue staff sign in with the email their invite or claim used.
